  • 1 bunch Swiss chard stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 6 cups chicken broth low sodium
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of water
  • The juice of one lime
  • 4 scallions thinly sliced

Notes
