Ingredients
  

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 carrots, sliced

2 celery stalks, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

6 cups chicken broth

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups Amish noodles

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Sauté The Aromatics

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Garlic

  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Simmer Soup

  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.

Add Chicken And Noodles

  • Stir in cooked chicken and Amish noodles. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until noodles are tender.

Season To Taste

  • Season with salt and pepper according to your preference. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Garnish And Serve
