Ingredients
  

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 carrots, diced

2 celery stalks, diced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup water

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 packet Knorr chicken noodle soup mix

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Saute The Aromatics

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
